• Councillor Francis Drake - Non Pecuniary - Cllr F Drake declared non-pecuniary interests in item 7 as an owner of a local business.
• Councillor James Farquharson - Non Pecuniary - Cllr J Farquharson declared an interest as a member of the Weymouth BID Board. Following discussion at item 7, neither Cllr Farquharson took part in the vote of the item.
• Councillor Jeff Cant - Non Pecuniary - declared non-pecuniary interests in item 7 as an owner of local businesses.
